01/07/2008 10:31. The Hotel Bentley has been closed for 43 months.  And it’s been 22 months since Cyntreniks signed a purchase agreement with Bentley owner Bob Dean.  In a letter to Mayor Jacques Roy’s economic director, Cyntreniks expressed a desire to reach a public - private collaboration by July 15th. 

In the letter Schneider said that the mayoral transition was a major omission in the attempt to finalize the purchase in 2007.
