Lil Wayne Faces New Lawsuit In Bentley Row

20/06/2008 12:22. Rapper LIL WAYNE has been hit with yet another lawsuit after reportedly still failing to pay for work carried out on his custom Bentley in 2005.

The Lollipop hitmaker - real name Dwayne Carter Jr. - is already being sued for breach of contract by California car customiser LeMarck deAndre, after allegedly reneging on a deal to cover costs totalling $80,000 (GBP40,000) for modifying his 1999 Bentley Arnage.

In the original lawsuit, filed in the Superior Court of California in December (07), deAndre claimed he initially received a payment of $78,507 (GBP39,253) from Carter in August 2006 - 10 months after the invoice was originally due.

The late payment broke their agreement and deAndre cancelled the job altogether.
