03/07/2008 15:26. Goodwood, July 03: Formula One high-fliers BMW-Sauber hope to be back up to speed in Sunday's British Grand Prix after a dip in France last month, Poland's Robert Kubica said on Wednesday.

"I think we can be back on our normal place, not like in Magny-Cours where we have been struggling quite a lot with low speed corners, with grip in low speed corners," he told Reuters television at the Goodwood circuit in southern England.

"I hope the gap will be not too big to the front runners like Ferrari and McLaren."

Kubica led the championship after winning in Canada in a BMW-Sauber one-two but the 23-year-old is now second overall, two points behind Ferrari's Felipe Massa, after finishing fifth in France.
