BMW plans to sell, lease back property at German locations

21/08/2008 01:58. FRANKFURT (Thomson Financial) - Bayerische Motoren Werke AG. is planning to sell property at German locations and to lease it back afterwards in order to finance showcase branches in major cities around the world, manager magazin reported, citing no sources.

In addition, the company does not rule out a loss for 2009, should exchange rates return to $1.55 to $1.60 per euro again, the magazine added, citing top managers.
