30/06/2008 07:31. The PGA Tour rookie led the U.S. Open after one round two weeks ago by shooting a 68, only to shoot 77, 78 and 72 the next three rounds and finish tied for 53rd.

In the Buick Open, he saved his best round for last, shooting 6-under-par 66 to get his name in the top 10 when he concluded his round Sunday at Warwick Hills Golf and Country Club. He bogeyed No. 18.

"I played awesome today," Streelman said. "It's a shame my last hole I got a bad shot, but I'm gonna take all positives from today."

Does the 29-year-old from Winfield, Ill. feel like he's on the verge of winning his first Tour event?
