"Great weather for them," Flowers said.  "The sun didn't burn them [and] the wind didn't blow them away, so the crowd gets to enjoy them."

But along with the familiar, came some surprises.  The owner of Da Eduardo North on Holly Road says he was blown away by the turnout.
