10/07/2008 13:58. SELINSGROVE, Pa. -- Selinsgrove Speedway will present the rescheduled Paul Stine Chevrolet Jack Gunn Memorial Challenge Race for URC and 358 sprint cars at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 19. The first attempt to complete the 28th Annual Gunn Memorial on May 17 was rained out after time trials were completed.

Davie Franek, of Lafayette, NJ, was the May 17 fast qualifier with a lap time of 18.280. The time trials will stand for the July 19 make up race.

For the third consecutive year, the Gunn Memorial will consist of a 30-lap challenge race between the traveling United Racing Company sprint cars and the track’s weekly Cindy Rowe Auto Glass 358 sprint cars. The race will pay $3,500 to win and $225 to start.
