WHEELING -- Wheeling fire and police respond Thursday to an early morning accident on Wheeling island.

A Dodge Durango collided with a tree in the area of North Huron and Indiana Streets on the island.

The driver was transported to an area hospital but there is no word on his condition.

According to fire chief Larry Helms, the accident remains under investigation, and... // WTRF
