28/07/2008 23:12. MILAN (Thomson Financial) - Fiat SpA said it is studying its options after a Chinese court rejected Fiat's claim that Chinese manufacturer Great Wall had breached patents involving Fiat's Panda model.

Great Wall said Monday the Shijiazhuang Intermediate People's Court established noticable differences between Fiat's Panda and the GW Peri and ordered Fiat to pay $1,291 in legal expenses. // Hemscott
