4-year-old boy dies after being left in Ford Expedition

20/07/2008 06:35. Palenzuela said the mother had dropped off other children earlier in the morning and it was not immediately clear if she knew the boy was in the maroon Ford Expedition.

The mother stopped in at U.S. Nails around 9 a.m., then left before returning to the nail salon for a 10 a.m. appointment, Palenzuela said. Someone made a 911 call at about 11:45 a.m. to report the boy was not breathing.
