Award in the compact-car category was the Honda Civic Hybrid, which
delivers a remarkable 4.7 litres per 100 kilometres in town and 4.3
litres per 100 kilometres on the highway. The awards, handed out by
Natural Resources Canada, recognize the most fuel-efficient cars
sold each year, and the Civic Hybrid is the second-most-frugal
