We found it was moving westbound (from Ontario) and it looked like it was going on Highway 1. We set up a roadblock by Portage La Prairie, Manitoba and stopped each Hummer going by.

Funk told police it had just gone by the roadblock, but they didnt see it. They said a train just went by.
