03/07/2008 01:10. A teenager crashed his vehicle near the Northway Mall early this morning after leading police on a chase through the North Hills.

Mark Follen, 18, of Moon was apparently siphoning gasoline from a large gas tank into his father's Hummer H2 at the Clover Hill Golf Course in Franklin Park at about 1:15 a.m., Franklin Park Police Chief Donald Dorsch said.
