Hyundai Getz new model ready

04/09/2008 15:44. HYUNDAI has revealed the replacement for its Getz supemini, which will be seen for the first time at next months Paris Motor Show.
Following the companys new naming system, it will be called the Hyundai i20 and will line up alongside the i10 and i30 models early next year to create rivals for Fords Ka, Fiesta and Focus ranges.
The stylish new five-door hatchback has a longer wheelbase than the existing Getz and features Hyundais trademark chrome-topped grille and teardrop headlamps at the front plus stacked light clusters at the rear.
There will also be green version of the newcomer with the all-important official CO2 figure of below 100g/km.
Modifications to achieve this include full-length under floor covers, a 15mm reduction in ground clearance, changes to the front and rear... // Perthshire Advertiser
