03/07/2008 07:31. - Fitch Ratings has upgraded two and affirmed three classes of notes from Hyundai Auto Receivables Trust (HART) 2005-A as follows:

--Class C upgraded to 'AAA' from 'AA';

--Class D upgraded to 'A' from 'BBB+'.

The collateral continues to perform within Fitch's expectations, and under the credit enhancement structure, the securities can now withstand stress scenarios consistent with the upgraded ratings and still make full payments to investors in accordance with the terms of the documents.
