03/06/2008 17:02. Italian truck manufacturer Iveco will use ZF manual and automated manual transmissions in the latest version of the Eurocargo truck.

Depending on the engine rating and gross vehicle weight, the successful medium-duty truck is equipped with the manual ZF transmissions, Ecolite and Ecomid.

Both transmissions feature freedom from maintenance, durability, and user friendliness, while the automated option is the ZF-AS Tronic lite transmission, offering the advantages of economic efficiency, easy handling, and safety.

With a gross vehicle weight of six to 19 tons and various Euro 5 standard diesel engines, the new Eurocargo by Iveco covers a wide range of applications – just like its predecessor.
