July 24 (Bloomberg) -- Hino Motors Ltd. , 50 percent owned by Toyota Motor Corp., will shut its U.S. parts factory for three months as a result of the parent company's plan to suspend output of Tundra trucks and Sequoia sport-utility vehicles.

The company will suspend production of parts including axels and suspensions, Hino spokesman Hidenobu Teduka said in an interview today. Hino will reduce production for parts needed to supply 70,000 vehicles.
