Honda buyers reimbursed for overpaying on warranties 29/08/2008 01:40. A number of Keenan Honda customers who bought extended warranties
for their vehicles over the past several years might have been
overcharged by “greedy” former employees, the
dealership's president said. Those customers have recently received letters of apology and a refund for the amount they were overcharged. “It's our effort to do what we're supposed to do,” dealership President James Peruto said. Peruto wouldn't say how many customers were overcharged, but he did say it happened over several years.
