29/08/2008 02:34. MIDDLEBORO — Dick Downie, chairman of the Oak Point Homeowners' charity golf tournament, and Jerry McCarthy have announced that a car is being donated by Silko Honda for a hole-in-one during the tournament. This year the tournament will be held on Thursday, Sept. 11 at the Poquoy Brook Gold Course in Lakeville.

Proceeds for this year's charity event will be divided equally between Homes for our Troops, an organization providing specially adapted homes for severely wounded men and women in the military, and The Brittany J. Richardson Foundation, benefiting mentally challenged children.
