21/08/2008 08:16. While on the domestic front, it has revised its sales target. Now it aims to sell a million cars in the domestic market by FY 2011. Earlier, it had set the same target for FY 2010. The company had reported flat sales in the past few months as the demand for passenger cars has dropped due to rising inflation and high interest rates. Maruti’s sales remained flat at 52,911 units in July this year, as against 52,839 units in the same month last year.
