04/07/2008 01:52. It’s a (yellow) Jeep thing. I love my Jeep. My husband, Mike, surprised me in 2005 with this new yellow Jeep Wrangler, and I’ve been riding high since. Don’t get me wrong, I hate the gas mileage it gets, but if you drive 60 mph, have the ragtop off, don’t use the air conditioner and the wind is behind you, you can get 20 miles per gallon.

Another favorite pastime of Mike and mine is to go camping and floating. This year we decided to go see Gary, a former co-worker of Mike’s, and stay at his campground in Galena, Mo. Earlier in the week, I had decided to cancel the trip because I had too much to get done at work, but everything went smoothly and my boss, Doug Carder, was insisting that I needed some time off.
