02/07/2008 20:02. PITMAN A 15-year-old boy, described by neighbors as an angry child, was arrested after allegedly setting a stolen Jeep ablaze in a rural section of Atlantic County some 25 miles from his West Avenue home.

Sources have identified the boy as Michael Cranmer, a troubled young teen who was not enrolled in school at the time of his arrest.

Police believe he may be responsible for more than four dozen car thefts of Jeep-, Dodge- and Chrysler-make vehicles out of Gloucester, Cumberland, Atlantic and Camden counties.

Cranmer is currently the suspect in the theft of three cars and two motorcycles, said police.
