02/07/2008 03:48. Randolph County officials announced today that Korean-based Silla America Inc. will open a facility in the county.

According to a press release, the facility will fabricate metal auto pallets in support of the forthcoming Kia Plant in West Point, Ga., 40 miles south and west.
