12/06/2008 20:04. The new Lexus IS F has gone on sale - the first production model to wear the new Lexus performance “F” marque.

The new IS F is based on the robust IS sport saloon platform and will deliver 423bhp from a specially engineered 5.0-litre V8 engine and will accelerate from 0 to 100km/h in 4.8 seconds. Lexus says the IS F combined fuel figure is 11.4 litres for a 100km, and the CO2 emissions figure is 270 G/Km.
