Daimler Recalls Mercedes M-Class SUVs Again for Fluid Leak 26/09/2008 16:23. Sept. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Daimler AG is recalling 102,954 Mercedes-Benz M-Class sport-utility vehicles
in the U.S. for a second time to replace a clamp on a
steering-fluid hose that may loosen and allow leaks. The clamp may not have been properly installed on some of the vehicles in a recall five years ago of the 1998 to 2003 M-Class SUVs, the automaker said in a letter posted on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Web site.
