Pakistani urea fertilizer producer. With the Japanese firm's know-how, Engro Chemical Pakistan Ltd. will use CO2 emitted from a new plant in urea production and methanol synthesis, Mitsubishi said. Urea production is boosted by the use of CO2. The value of the new contract has not been disclosed. Mitsubishi said the CO2 recovery units to be installed at Engro Chemical's plant will be capable of absorbing 340 metric tons of CO2 per day.
