01/07/2008 16:27. Tokyo, July 1, 2008 (Jiji Press) - Nissan Diesel Motor Co. on Tuesday raised the retail prices of large and midsize trucks for domestic shipments due to a surge in costs for materials such as steel and rubber.

The markups ranged from 200,000 yen to 350,000 yen.

The company's price hike last took place in October 1991.
