last month at the 2008 Beijing Auto Show , reaches dealerships in Japan this week and will be marketed under
the tagline "SHIFT_hospitality." The luxury four-door is the first
Japanese vehicle to use Nissan's D platform, which it shares with
the Altima and Maxima here in the States. Power comes from either a DOHC 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that makes 182 horsepower or a DOHC 3.5-liter V6 unit that lays down 248 hp. All Teana models are coupled with Nissan's Xtronic continuously variable transmission, and four-wheel drive is available as an option.
