25/11/2008 13:46. For 2009, the Audi A4 has been completely redesigned, with a longer wheelbase, larger dimensions, more interior space and new appearance. Currently it is available as a sedan, to be followed by an Avant (wagon).

As in 2008, the A4 is available with a choice of 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine in the 2.0T, or with a 3.2-litre V6. The sedan is available as the 2.0T in front-wheel drive or with Quattro all-wheel drive, or as the 3.2 with Quattro only. The Avant comes only as the 2.0T Quattro. The front-wheel 2.0T uses a CVT; the 2.0T Quattro sedans use a six-speed manual or optional six-speed automatic transmission with Tiptronic manual-shift mode, while the Avant and 3.2 Quattro sedan use the six-speed automatic exclusively.
