Chevrolet wows with 200mph Corvette ZR1

25/07/2008 18:25. Give me the keys. Not only does the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 look fantastic, it has truly incredible performance.

The top speed of this 638bhp monster is 205mph and it'll do 0-60mph in 3.4sec.

That bump on the bonnet tries to hide a 6.2-litre V8 engine with supercharger.

At over £50k it's an expensive Corvette but a very cheap way to go over 200mph. // Mirror.co.uk

The awesome ZR1 struck an impressive pose, wedged between its C6 Coupe and Z06 stablemates, both in canary yellow. Due to arrive in the UK in limited numbers and priced around £100,000, the car is powered by a blistering 6.2-litre V8 supercharged engine, capable of 647bhp.
