10/07/2008 08:14. Citroen Romania will launch its new super-mini MPV C3 Picasso in the second half of 2009, which will be officially presented this autumn in the Paris Auto Show, according to company officials. The new model will be available with two 95 HP and 120 HP petrol engines respectively, as well as with two 90 and 110 HP diesel engines.
