16/09/2008 08:39. Ford of Europe, the brand boasting arguably some of the most attractively designed and economical small cars on the road, has posted a 10.3 % reduction in sales to 98,400 units for the month of August. Six of the brand's top seven European markets recorded losses, with Spain experiencing the worst drop from 10,003 cars sold last Augusts to 5,837 in 2008.
