Really? The fact is that since cameras were introduced, the number of deaths has remained pretty much constant at about 3,000 a year. However, its also a fact that the number of serious injuries has been steadily falling.

You see, say the communists squeakily. If everyone is made to drive at the same speed, irrespective of wealth or power, the number of people losing arms and spleens is slashed.
