25/09/2008 04:18. Nissan North America will recall about 3,400 2009-model-year Altima sedans built at its Canton plant for potentially defective alloy wheels.

A recall campaign posted today by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration states that some 16-inch alloy wheels may have been improperly made. The defect could cause one or more of the five lug nuts to come loose.
