(Aug,19, 2008) -  Pontiac-powered Daytona Prototype teams are headed to Infineon Raceway to compete in the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series presented by Crown Royal Cask No. 16 Armed Forces Grand-Am 250 on August 23. Pontiac leads the Rolex Series manufactuers points chase.

The 2.52-mile, 12-turn Infineon road course is located at the gateway to Sonoma's wine country. The track will see the Grand-Am Rolex Series competitors compete for only the third time in series history. Co-drivers of the No. 99 GAINSCO/Bob Stallings Racing Pontiac Riley, Alex Gurney and Jon Fogarty, are the defending race winners.

Pontiac took over the manufacturer points lead, by four, after the last race at Watkins Glen International.
