VW Beetle exhibition opens in Istanbul
The exhibition offers a journey through the 70-year history of these plucky bugs, more significant now that their original model is no longer produced. “Beetle is a lifestyle, beetle love is more than owning one, but having a rebellious spirit, being an opponent of war and being an environmentalist at the same time,” said Mustafa Dermanlý, head of the Anatolia Vosvos Association, or AVD, which is hosting the exhibition.
