17/10/2008 06:19. FRANKFURT, Germany (AP) - Volkswagen AG, Europe's largest carmaker, said Thursday the company would make slight increases on the price of some of its models beginning Nov. 6.

The Wolfsburg-based company said it would raise the price of its Polo model by 0.6 percent.

Volkswagen said it would raise the price of its Golf Plus, the Passat Limousine and the Passat Variant station wagon by about 1 percent.

The company said that it would also adjust the prices of some steel wheels on offer, but that it did not expect to raise the prices of other features.
