29/06/2008 00:25. Pontiac's youth swim team defeated teams from Colfax and Streator earlier this week. The Pacers racked up 840 points, easily outdistancing Colfax (297) and Streator (185).

Winning events in the 8-and-under division included Andrew Lee in the boys 50-meter freestyle and 25-meter breaststroke. Bret Spires took the boys 100 individual medley and the 25-meter backstroke. Trevor Plenert won the 25-meter freestyle and the butterfly.
