Aviancas fleet today, marking the entry of the first new
Rolls-Royce Trent in Latin America. Aviancas newest fleet will consist of ten Rolls-Royce Trent 700-powered A330s, as announced last year at the Paris Air Show. All the engines are supported by Rolls-Royce under a 10-year TotalCare service agreement. Rolls-Royce joined Avianca, along with Airbus, at a ceremony marking the inaugural event today at the airlines headquarters in Bogot, Colombia, following the handover delivery held earlier this week in Toulouse, France.
