But with both cars costing well over £30,000 there would
seem to be a gap in the market for something a little bit more
affordable - so step forward the new Skoda Octavia Scout. Built on the same premise as the expensive German and Swedish, the
Scout transforms a standard Octavia estate into something far more
appealing to the adventurous, urban families targeted in glossy car
commercials every night on TV. The Octavia - a favourite with drivers who voted it top model in
Auto Express' driver power survey in 2007 - already boasts a
