10/10/2008 16:57. A MAN has been charged over the crash of a high-powered sports car that left one passenger dead and another critically injured.

Joao Pereira-Mok, 34, from Wheelers Hill, was driving a Subaru WRX early yesterday morning when it clipped traffic lights on Batman Ave and spun 180 degrees, slamming into a tree backwards.
