Toyota: Highlander Could Mean Investment in Indiana 11/07/2008 02:33. A vice president at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Indiana says the
production changes at the Gibson County plant could mean investment
in the state next year. R.J. Reynolds says Toyota is ceasing
manufacturing operations at its Princeton plant for three months
beginning in early August and will shift production of the Tundra
pick-up truck to San Antonio next spring. Toyota Motor
Manufacturing Indiana will continue to make the Sequoia SUV and
will also add production of the Highlander SUV in 2009. Governor
Mitch Daniels calls Toyota's decision "a great vote of confidence
