(July 2, 2008) – Budds Creek Motocross Park prepares for round seven of the AMA Toyota Motocross Championship Presented by FMF as the world’s top motocross riders make their first July visit to the famed Southern Maryland race facility. Nearly a full month beyond its typical race weekend date in mid June, the Monster Energy Budds Creek Motocross National will begin the final half of the 12-race season.

Since becoming a staple of the AMA Toyota Motocross Championship in 1989, Budds Creek has served as host to some of the most memorable moments in the sports history.
