To achieve this honour North Bay Toyota was ranked amongst the top Toyota dealers in Canada. The dealerships are ranked through indexes designed to measure and analyze all areas of performance, including sales, service, business practices and parts management.

The honour only goes to a handful of dealerships every year. The ultimate goal is to maintain the highest customer satisfaction possible by developing long-lasting relationships with the individual Toyota owner.
