SUV/crossover in the third annual 2008 Motorist Choice Awards held
by IntelliChoice.com and AutoPacific. The Motorist Choice Awards
are held to recognize the vehicles that gave the highest customer
satisfaction along with the lowest cost of ownership. Data for the
awards are gathered from AutoPacific's owner satisfaction data from
new car and truck buyers and from IntelliChoice.com's rating
methodology to determine total costs of ownership versus the total
expected cost of the vehicle. Costs of ownership include
depreciation, financing, fuel, insurance, maintenance, repairs, and
