25/08/2008 21:07. ADAC Volkswagen Polo Cup Celebrates Premiere In Great Britain

Yet another premiere for the "touring car schoolâ€: On 30/31 August the ADAC Volkswagen Polo Cup starts as supporting race to the DTM for the first time in its history in Great Britain. The omens for the meeting of the 24 young talents could hardly be more intriguing: Championship leader Shane Williams from South Africa travels to the foreign race at Brands Hatch with a mere two-point lead over Alexander Rambow from Zehdenick. Sixty points will be awarded for winning the eighth of the season’s ten races.
