DETROIT -- On the day that Crude Oil prices spiked at a new Record of $144 a barrel, GM Stock fell below $10 a share for the first time in over 50 years. Some trade publications say that GM will have to raise 15-billion to stay afloat, and may have to seek Chapter 11 protection if they can’t.

Peter Brown with Automotive News says GM has come out with some great vehicles in the last few years but few of them are fuel efficient.
